2. Asset Management
   * Trust fee for managing and auditing tokenized assets.
   * Fee Structure: 0.5% annual fee on the total tokenized asset value.

1. Trading

   * For every transaction on the platform.
   * Fee Structure: 1% trading fee apply on asset and governance token.

2. Fund Management
   * Profits share generated from energy generation or consumption.
   * Fee Structure: 0.5% annual fee after deducting management costs.
