## Green Credit Exchange

GEN facilitates the trading of Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and Carbon Credits on its platform.

#### Enterprise

1. Transaction

   * For every transaction on the Green Credit Exchange.
   * Fee Structure: 1% transaction fee on the value of credits traded.

2. Credit Origination
   * For originating and managing green credits on behalf of issuers.
   * Fee Structure: $0.10 per REC or Carbon Credit held in custody annually.

## ESG Impact Score System

Provide with a comprehensive ESG Impact Score System of enterprises, evaluating their environmental, social, and governance performance.

#### Investor

1. Data Licensing

   * Serve as a new metric for assessing eligibility for green loans, grants, and other sustainability-linked financing.
   * Fee Structure: Annual subscription provided access to enterprise data and reporting.

2. Enterprise Profile
   * Enterprises update, improve their ESG performance and access sustainability linked financing opportunities.
   * Fee Structure: Subscription access and success basic fee 2-5% for financing.

## Compliance Reporting Tools

Offers carbon footprint calculation, verification, and reporting tools to businesses, helping them meet sustainability goals and comply with regulatory standards.

#### Enterprise & Compliance

1. Reporting
   * Success-based charge for generation of compliance reports after retiring a certain number of green energy credits.
   * Fee Structure: Sharing fee with partners, tied to the completion of specific milestones (e.g., report generation, credit retirement).
